First full day for a while, so fancied a change of venue. Visited a local commercial fishery. Great days fishing. Started off slow on the float, so changed to feeder. As soon as I did this, it was fish from the off. First cast brought in a scrappy small carp, second cast was a lovely tench around the 5ib mark. Great fight on a feeder rod.
After this it was just small carp more less every cast. Best bait proved to be sweetcorn. I also tried a pellet waggler, and had a couple more on that. The fish were not in tip top condition, but it is a great place to go if you want rod bending action.
